On a lovely spot in the middle of the forest is this free-standing recreational bungalow with lots of privacy in the heart of drenthe. the location where this bungalow is really beautiful. so you can relax with natural areas such as the oude diep, mantingerzand and dwingelerveld within cycling distance. this bungalow was built in 1996 and stands on a spacious plot of 694 m2 land.

the park 't vennegien is designed as a bungalow park with homes on private land. the location near spier provides an excellent access (highway a28) and national park the dwingelerveld is within cycling distance. the park 't vennegien is set up as a bungalow park, but in practice, most homes are permanently occupied. in the province of drenthe is a process to review destinations of non vital parks.

ground floor
entrance into the bright hall which has a central function in the house. the spacious living room with semi-open kitchen (together approx. 34 m2) has many windows and plenty of light. a beautiful garden-oriented conservatory with a pond view makes this beautiful place extra special. the kitchen has a 4-burner gas hob, fridge, hood and storage space. the entire house has a stylish tiled floor, the sliding doors provide access to the terrace at the side of the house. the two bedrooms (ca. 9m2 and ca. 9m2) and the bathroom (ca.6m2) are also located on the first floor. the bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

for a nice walk or bike ride you can go to the nearby and vast nature reserves national park dwingelderveld or terhorsterzand. the facilities are about 6 km away from the house.
